As a four-time national qualifier, she has honed her skills not only to excel in contests but also to maintain a healthy lifestyle year-round. Lisa’s expertise extends beyond competition prep, as she integrates fitness and nutrition principles into her daily life, ensuring long-term wellness and vitality.
